Are there refunds /returns?

⋆ If in any case the product is defective, damaged, or wrong please contact us immediately after the product is received. Send us an email at starcultshop@gmail.com & send us your name, order number, email adress and pictures + description of the defective product. Returns that were not under our revision, approved by us, or that were sent back without the requested information will not be accepted, if in any case that occurs please contact us.  

What if my items don’t come?

⋆ Please notify us at starcultshop@gmail.com if your item(s) have not been received after the accorded date to help you track and/or locate your package. Kindly note that once we send out your package via postal service, it is out of our control what occurs to it as it’s being delivered to its destination therefore, STARCULT® will not be held accountable.  In addition, we kindly suggest to please choose a safe mailing address in case of package loss, theft or dilemmas of similar sort.  

Why is my package taking a long time to arrive?

⋆ Package delays can be due to your location/area, holidays, strikes or weather conditions found in certain cities or states causing a shortage of workers. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
